The PPL Flooring Story
PPL Flooring began many years ago when our current co-owner Paul decided to start his own flooring company with a passion for perfection.
Today’s PPL Flooring is a family-run business with a showroom based in Grays, Essex, carrying out high-quality flooring installations all over Essex, London, and Kent.
We offer professional advice, supply, and install all types of flooring including carpets, luxury vinyl tiles, vinyl, laminate, and safety flooring as well as domestic and commercial artificial grass.
Some of you may remember us when we were located in Askews Farm Lane, but since 2018 we have been based at our flooring showroom along Grays Broadway as you head from Grays into Little Thurrock.

We want you to have a feel of the carpet or vinyl before you buy, not just see an image on a screen.
That’s why we invite you to visit our Grays showroom any time during business hours.
If you can’t make it to us, or would just rather we popped round, we’re happy to offer free home or site visits where we’ll bring samples of everything you’re considering and have a measure up for you.
Our showroom has samples of all the carpets, luxury vinyl tiles, vinyl, laminate, and safety flooring as well as domestic and commercial artificial grass that we can supply and install for you.

If you visit our Grays showroom during business hours, you’ll most likely meet Chloe, our founder Paul’s wife. If it’s her day off you can expect to be greeted by either X or Y.
If you have any flooring fitted by us, you’ll most likely meet our owner and founder Paul who is typically involved in all our jobs, big and small. He leads a team of flooring fitters that are highly experienced and fully insured for ultimate peace of mind.
Whether in the showroom helping you with luxury vinyl tile sample books, at your home fitting a new carpet, at your workplace quoting for a new slip-resistant safety floor, or at your local park installing commercial artificial grass, our team are complete professionals that promise 100% satisfaction to all our customers.
